It causes the fast twitch muscle fibres to do more work because your slow twitch muscle fibres require oxygen. Fast twitch muscle fibres are larger and have a greater capacity for growth.]]></description>

<p>These are completely safe if you wear them correctly. Wrap them just below the glutes tight enough to feel a pump but not too tight where you may start to feel numbness or tingling. As with the adaption of any new exercise check with a doctor if you have any underlying health problems such as blood clots.</p>
